Go Travel Spain is a trading name of Holiday Driect Limited.
Holiday Direct Limited uses a centralised 'Trust Account' which holds your funds until the money is paid to another body (bonded holiday suppliers) who then becomes legally responsible for the protection of the funds.

An independent Trustee has been appointed who authorises, in conjunction with Holiday Direct Limited., the release of funds from the Trust Account.  In practice, this means that in the event of the financial failure of your travel agent or Holiday Direct Travel Group, before your holiday, your funds remain available for refund or to reinstate your tour with another tour operator.
